Subscription order still pending.

My card was declined because the bank issued a new one with a new expiration date. I unfortunately failed to update the card information in time. It was updated immediately after I received the notification on 4/07/2016, however the entire subscription order is still in a pending state. Can this be nudged along?

Thanks for letting us know! I've taken a look into your order #3927893, and it looks like the payment method was updated successfully. The order is on a packing list down in our warehouse, so it should have no problem processing. Once they're ready to send it out, the warehouse will send you a confirmation email to let you know it's on the way.
