We have asked multiple Hero Lab developers for help in creating official Dreamscarred Press Hero Lab files, with no luck. To date, the community pack is all that is available.

No, there hasn't been. None of the circumstances involved have changed, sadly.
there almost needs to be crowdfunding for just this, lol.
The issue here isn't lack of demand or desire on our part - it's purely on not having someone who knows how to do it.
It's, unfortunately, not something easy to find.
Speaking as someone who's attempted to code some fairly straightforward templates in Hero Lab, I can confirm that it's not easy. It's one thing if you're just creating text that doesn't need to interact with anything else, but if you're changing numbers, tracking points, that sort of thing? It can take time. XD;
It's all nice and shiny on the front end, but behind that is a LOT of complicated coding, and it can be a bit rough even if you have an example to copy from.
