Its just not worth it. If you really want to play the archetype accept that you are gonna be uber-hitable in melee. Save your cash, feats/traits and action economy for stuff to improve your casting. Things like Magic Vestment are OK but using up slots and action economy for Prot Evil type stuff is just a waste IMO.
I would almost go as far to say unless you have access to Mirror Image then dont play the archetype....

It's a great archetype...
Take 1 monk level, and guided hand and crusader flurry feats.
Flurry a great axe, using wis to hit.
With power attack , that was 5 feats.
Rest are meta feats.
Take main as fire and healing, alter healing spells to gory domain.
Fire balls, super heals (or animal companion instead). Great casting dc and great to hit...

If you're playing an ecclesitheurge you're playing a guy who doesn't care about AC for whatever reason. You could play it like a standard wizard and try to mostly stay out of reach, you could go for non-AC defences, you could throw multiple feats at stuff like deflect arrows and snake style, but trying to mitigate the AC directly is a losing proposition.

The archetype is designed (albeit poorly) as more caster...
The dip makes it worse at this and compensates by making it a sub-optimal low AC fighter that has expended 5 feats in the process! You have to remember the cleric is feat starved!
WIS to AC helps avoid damage at low levels but not a lot once you get to 8-9th onwards, especially if you're trying to hit things on a regular basis like this build indicates. Even a basic chain shirt gets you +6AC.
Battle clerics are a sub-par choice at the best of times let alone when you're as squishy as an Eccl!

Level 9.
Wisdom after item :22
Dex : mere 14
Mage armor
Magic vestment +3
Shield of faith +3
It's a.c. of 28.
Drop the crusader flurry and fight with a magical staff.alter the 2 feats into dodge and crane style.
A.c. of 33.... It's high, very high.
5 Level spells, 1 meta feat, healing at 1.5 power or animal companion, cast fireballs.
Attack is:
Heroism (glory)+2
Wisdom +6
Weapon +3
Divine favor +4
Bab +6
Power att -2
Haste +1
Flurry -2
All and all, +18/+18/+18/+13
1d6+3 (str)+4(df)+6(power att)
1d6+13 x4 , pre special spells .
It's not amazing, it's nice.

I guess it'd be pretty handy to complement Mystic Theurge as well. The switchable domain and bonded holy symbol make for a great deal of flexibility.
Shame PF doesn't have anything like Practiced Spellcaster....
You mean like the magic trait from ultimate campaign, Magical Knack? It's only 2 levels, but it's something.

Potion of Mage armor- 50gp
Wand of Mage Armor- 750gp (can split 375gp with party Wizard)
Add it with:
Shield of Faith (I think the ring is too expensive...buy a lesser rod of extend instead)
Necklace of Natural Armor or Barkskin Potions. (if someone in group can cast it..buy a Pearl of Power 2nd level and a Extend rod...I am willing to bet they would like to resource share.)
Jingasa of the Fortunate Solider- +1 Luck AC (+2 if you take fate's Favored)
Dusty rose Prism Ioun Stone- +1 AC
Protection from Evil- Provides a Deflection Bonus of +2 against evil...Shield of Faith is more reliable but the Alternative effects are worth mentioning.
Some nice "Tricks" you have:
Grace- To move without Provoking AoO
Sanctuary- If your Buffing, healing or Summoning this can be very hard for a low will save type to hit you.
Angelic Form- Lots of Resistances and later DR
Righteous Might- Offers some DR
Resist energy- Because not all Attacks and Defenses are centered on AC...this keeps your HP up during those failed reflex saves
Spells that Debuff an enemy effectively raise your AC in an alternate way.
If you really want that Wisdom to AC...you could technically dip 1 level of Monk. but this hurts your caster level and delays getting higher level spells.

As for the crusaders flurry question, this can be worthwhile to an ecclisitheurge that is based on a reach weapon as then you are gaining flurry, WIS to AC, and a feat while being able to back enough that you won't be attacked as often. But honestly only a reach weapon would ever be worth thinkin about.

It's really not that hard to make an Ecclesitheurge with a level of Monk work. Magical Knack makes up caster level, spell levels are the same as for an Oracle.
On the combat side, AC is passable with free dodge and high wisdom, though defense should be padded if the idea is to actually go looking for melee combat. There are plenty of ways to do that depending on spells, domain spells, feats or items.
Crusader's Flurry is nice, but it's hardly that important when you can just wield any Monk weapon with flurry.
