So this character has for a long time been part of a campaign, however the past week suddenly my 'campaigns' tab for her doesn't say she's in it any more. If you go to the actual campaign's page, she's still listed as a current character on the campaign end, just not on my end... Here is the campaign info link.

The Many Faced GM's Skull and Shackles

As you should be able to see, Baltzar Calinova is a current character, along with her familiar, Romello, who by the way has the same issue.


Just posting as Romello too, for an easy link to him, who as I said seems to have the same issue.


Any help?

Your campaign is showing for me, although without the characters' names listed in bold. Are you sure you haven't hidden the Gameplay thread in the Play-by-Post forum by hitting the ∅ button? Easy to do, especially on a phone or tablet, when you're aiming for the latest post.

If the Gameplay thread has been hidden, you'll have to opt to display hidden threads by hitting Show ∅ in the Play-by-Post forum and unhide it manually.


Hmm not seeing any option to display Hidden threads... and I post only from my PC.

Okay and yeah just doubled checked made a quick post in the gameplay thread to just see if it was in the forum, and it was. So it's not hidden.

Anyone else know what's going on? I originally thought I put this in customer service, but apparently it was flagged and moved here... "feedback" isn't really what I need, I need to know how I can fix this, or if Paizo themselves needs to fix it.


Customer Service deals with orders and products; Website Feedback deals with making the forums work right.

This is where it needs to be; you'll just have to wait for Chris Lambertz or someone to come take a look at it. Iirc, someone else had a similar bug with a PbP character recently which had to fixed from the Paizo side.

Heya! I've got an email from you about this from March 1, 2016 that I responded to. Unfortunately, this is a bug that needs to get fixed in our code. It has been passed to our Tech Team, but I cannot provide an ETA on that fix at this time.

Okay i was told to repost in here about when it was mysteriously fixed... and on Tuesday March 29th it was working until Monday April 4th is when I noticed it was gone again.

As far as I know, the tech team hasn't actively done work on this recently, and may have been an artifact of recent maintenance. This definitely is a bug and is filed with them in their backlog.
