Adventure Path Chronicle Sheets

So I ran a character through most of the Iron Gods campaign, and was wondering if I could get clarification on something regarding chronicle sheets. We ran through 5 books, so we get up through 5 chronicle sheets.

I want to apply all 5 chronicle sheets to one character, but was wondering if I could reduce the 5th chronicle sheet (the one for Palace of the Fallen Stars) to level one and apply the other chronicle sheets like normal.

If I can do this would it be like a regular society chronicle sheet in which you earn the same experience and prestige and reduce the gold to 500.

Any clarification would be really awesome. Thanks in advance for any useful advice.

It would be like a module chronicle sheet, so reduce the gold to 1398, IIRC, and any boons owuld not kick in until your PC reaches the normal minimum level for the chronicle.

^ what he said, though in addition any items listed on the sheet would be available for purchase whenever you have the gold to afford them.

Not trying to revive a dead thread but my initial post is the question, but for those of you who answer could I ask where you got your information from, as I can't seem to find it to reference it. It isn't that I don't believe you it is that I want something to reference and show other players in my local area.

played. If you play a non-1st-level pregenerated character, you may apply credit from the pregenerated character to one of your 1st-level characters, with the gp gained reduced to 1,398 gp (or 699 gp for slow advancement track characters).

To answer your question, you have to apply the sheets in the order you receive them. Since you played Iron Gods in order, you have to apply the sheets in order. So you cannot shuffle them around in any order that you like.

The sheets should be dated, so you apply them in chronological order. You were actually supposed to inform your GM which character number you were applying the sheet to at the time you received it.

Not 100% accurate, in this stated case.

IG chronicle 1 is 2-4, PC is 1st level, chronicle 1 is now pending.
IG chronicle 2 is 5-7, PC is still 1st, pending.
IG chronicle 3 is 8-10, PC is still 1st, pending.
IG chronicle 4 is 11-13, PC is still 1st, pending.
IG chronicle 5 is 13-15, reduced to 1398 GP, applied to PC is still 1st, immediate application, raising PC to 2nd level.
IG chronicle 1 now gets applied, making the PC 3rd level.
IG chronicles 2-4 are still pending until the PC reaches the appropriate levels for them

The sheets get attached to the PC, but not applied until the PC reaches the appropriate level, except that, in this case, he is taking sheet 5 with reduced gold, and that means it applies first to his 1st level PC, even though it was acquired 5th.

Same thing can happen with GM chronicles sheets or pregen chronicles, where you play game Y with pregen level X, and your PC is X-#. You the play and apply #*3 (possibly -1 or -2, if you weren't right at the level.0 to start with), applying chronicles earned, then the pending chronicle applies as soon as the PC reaches level X, but is not the most recently dated chronicle on that PC.

Martin is right.

There is another option, too.

To take advantage of one boon on Chronicle 2 while the character is still playable in something other then seeker arcs.

boon in question:
The unlocking of the Cyber-soldier archetype for the fighter character

You can slow track chronicles 4 and 5

further explanation:
unlocking all the cybertech before you hit seeker level

MY question is If I reduced the 5th chronicle sheet do I get access to the boon. I am thinking that answer is yes because in the role playing guide it doesn't say you don't it just says you reduce the gold.

I believe you get the boon when you reach the tier of the scenario or module, which you should note on the chronicle.

Yeah, if the chronicle is normally for levels 13-15, and you reduce it in order to apply it at level 1. The boons do not become available until your character reaches level 13.

So my question is this where did you find the information about not getting the boons until you are the level of the chronicle sheet. The role-playing guide only says the gold is reduced and nothing about having to wait to access the boons. That is what I am curious about, and can't find out.

It's in "After the Adventure" on page 21 of the Guide to Organized Play.

You may also opt instead to apply the Chronicle sheets earned with a non-1st-level pregenerated character to a 1st-level character with the amount of gp gained reduced, and any character specific boons earned must wait to be utilized until the character is of the same level as the subtier on the Chronicle sheet unless otherwise noted.

I wish they would have included that bit with the stuff on page 30, because this is what spawned my question. If they had included the boon bit in the module section it would defiantly would have saved me some time lol

The tier of the module, I should say, or the subtier played for a scenario. I would think, but am not sure it's explicit, that a GM credit scenario chronicle reduced to apply to a 1st level character would have to be taken at the lowest subtier.
