I'll not review the material, only the presentation:
It was very confusing as soon as I start reading the setting paragraph.
"Shirak used part of his divine power to weaken the barrier between worlds." I have no idea of what this is supposed to mean, is it a good thing? A bad thing? "Divine power" makes it sound good to me. What exactly was the result of this? To me, it may as well say "Shirikakukamu put a balloon in the fridge" because I have no idea of what this changes in a world I know nothing about.
Perhaps you could start with a quick summary of the 3 earlier ages to set a scene (Ex: "in the first age, there was peace and quiet, green grass", "In the second age, the first demons appeared in the lands, causing havoc and destruction to the unassuming people"), and then drop the 4th age on them (Ex: "and then an evil necromancer, known as Shirak, cursed the world. Now the surface is a desolated desert").
There's a lot of names that I've never heard before. It is a red, flashing light for me whenever I find name-dropping in fantasy (it's just really boring and feels snobbish). I'm sure you think it's cool with all those gods and stuff, but nobody else does (a sad truth for every creator without a fan-base). Maybe after they've read everything you've had to write about them. But untill then, those names mean nothing to anybody, they add nothing to the setting. Try to use terms that describes them or at least names that don't sound/look similar.
Take a look into Paizo's Inner Sea Guide, it covers about everything you need to know about a nation. Something you've done that Paizo havn't covered is resourse locations and industry, which is very good that you did.
