Heya Birdie! Whats up? :)

Sooo,...

It is June the 1st.

It is my 20th Wedding anniversary.

(Yeah I know. I can't believe she put up with me for that long either.)
;P

Situation- I have been so busy at work that I haven't had time to come up with anything special for today.

(I didn't FORGET about it,... NOooo,... Just been busy. Yeah. That's the story.) :/

Resolution- Come up with something special that shows how much I love her and appreciate her without going out of town or otherwise spending money we really don't have.

(Remember, This is ALSO the year of the new Dishwasher, then washer/dryer, then refrigerator, then repair both oven and AC,... I REALLY don't have the money to treat her as I'd like and she deserves!) :(

Answer- Time for the wizard to pull another magic trick out of his bum!

Hmm,.... The State Fair is in town,... she loves that stuff. And we usually never go (Because work, money, kids stuff, etc)
This may be salvageable,... :)

IF she's not as worn out as she was saying she's going to be when she gets home. (She still teaching in school, and its a 'fair day' at school too. So outside all day chasing monsters grade school kids and THEN the fair? Not the best timing. :/

I can do this! <Rolls up sleeves, pulls out magic wand, and exits thread with a determined look on his face>

Another day, another field trip. This one to Battleship Cove and the USS Massachusetts

I might be doing MOAB* training tomorrow, which would be paid. It was supposed to be two days, but as I was already committed to the field trip, I counteroffered with a one-day commitment

Wow, I remember going there as a kid, I loved it. You could sit in the AA guns and manually move them around with some cranks.

Happy 20th anniversary Ragadolf!

Yeah I'm staring at the ships as I type. Extremely impressive. If I had more time I'd walk through

Today I learn how to manage aggressive people. I guess they frown on swinging folding chairs at them or curbstomping.

I don't think zaku technology was up and running in WWII. Good thing or we'd likely be typing Japanese.

No, America would create their own mobile suits.
That had been the storyline of so many manga and light novels from the 90s...

Hey everybody. Just one sweaty pigeon in the 108+ degree heat. Watching cabs and taxis overheat in the Vegas weather. Counting the days down until Vacation, July 2nd that is.

Hey Pigeon...

Hey Red Dragon.

Due to issues with transportation, the friends leaving was delayed. The current plan is next Wednesday, assuming world will cooperate.

Japan is an island country in East Asia. Located in the Pacific Ocean, it lies to the east of the Sea of Japan, the East China Sea, China, Korea and Russia, stretching from the Sea of Okhotsk in the north to the East China Sea and Taiwan in the south. The kanji that make up Japan's name mean "sun origin", and it is often called the "Land of the Rising Sun".

Japan is a stratovolcanic archipelago of 6,852 islands. The four largest are Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu and Shikoku, which make up about ninety-seven percent of Japan's land area. The country is divided into 47 prefectures in eight regions. The population of 126 million is the world's tenth largest. Japanese people make up 98.5% of Japan's total population.

Approximately 9.1 million people live in the core city of Tokyo, the capital city of Japan, which is the sixth largest city proper in the OECD and the fourth leading global city in the world. The Greater Tokyo Area, which includes Tokyo and several surrounding prefectures, is the world's largest metropolitan area with over 35 million residents and the world's largest urban agglomeration economy.

Rule 34

Well, I lost my landscaping job yesterday. I'm not seriously perturbed. It was only a few hours a week, and they guy I worked for needed someone for full time, which I couldn't give him. I'm certain I'll be able to scoop up extra work elsewhere.

It was nice getting an extra source of income. I have to prepare for some cash outlays this summer with GenCon coming fast and my trip to Canadia
