Please make this a thing! That would be soo cool!
Well, I'm honor-bound to make a monkey tavern, and soon(ish) it will become a reality :)

Half hour walk with dogs-check
Biceps and back-check
Job interview-up next ...wish me luck!
best of luck!
Is that a "much-needed-food-money" 2nd job or a "need-moneyz-for-my-gaming" 2nd job?

You remain an inspiration.
Working out tonight myself.
Four jobs man. You're my idol.
I'm just hoping I can get two up and running. I have two places that reaally want me, so maybe I'll do three. I'll need spending cash for GenCon...
Get that workout. Mine was short today, had that interview, but I was happy to go somewhere where they were so excited for me to start

everything aches.
Did the leg extension[upper thigh], seated row, pectoral fly, back extension[reverse pectoral fly], leg extension[everything else] and triceps extension. All with about 80 pounds of weight, and about 100 reps. Had a Gatorade afterwards, a slice of pizza (free nyc pizza night f~$+ yes) and a massage afterwards. Got off work an hour and a half early due to me being that badass so I'm on my way home at minutes to 11 instead of just past midnight. Tomorrow is back in the gym with mom, focusing on elliptical and cycling and treadmill.
Just a few more weeks. I want CH to not be able to recognize me.

LOL!
I have my annual Stage Combat workshop coming up again this Easter. (For theater performances. Where we use all of the weapons we use in our RPG games, but we are masters of NOT injuring our friends, so we can do it again!) :)
SO I have gained a couple of holiday pounds. (Bad)
So I decided to start more exercise again, (Good)
I took my first (in a long time) mile run this weekend, (I walk it with my wife fairly frequently, but I rarely run it, and haven't in a long time) ,...
Yeah, still sore. ;P
(What? I'm a wuss. I came to grips with that years ago.) ;)
And when I get a craving for a sweet, I go and do more pushups instead.
I won't be buff by Easter, but I refuse to be worn out by the warm-ups!
;P

I'll never be 'buff', but I am healthy, and my core is good and tight under the fat now where I don't feel bad bending over like I once did. I'm eating a lot of salad (except yesterday when I had a cheat dinner of fried chicken and brownies). And my elliptical is a godsend, since I can use it any time. In fact I gotta get on that sumb&!$# now and read my next installment of Lord Kalvan of Otherwhen's adventures on the Kindle.
*blink*

Elliptical done, time for a walk through the fields with my four-footed friends.
That workout sounds much more rewarding and enjoyable, if not quite as ab-building. :)
And +1 'Woooot!' for the new job!
It's always nice to go somewhere where they actually WANT you to come work for them!

^50 mg zinc daily. Gives your body a good tool to fight invaders. I've worked in a hospital for five years and been sick twice.
I've used Zinc to fight off a cold/flu/etc for years now. Cuts it short real good.
I haven't been using it as a preventative though. In my defense, I rarely get sick. But when I do it's the 'I-can't-move-if-my-life-depended-on-it' kind of sick.
;P
(This usually happens about the last week of June, when I have been going non-stop since Jan, my body is DONE, and we have ONE more week of dance shows coming through,... You get the picture.) :/
Good tip. Thx monkey! ;)
