I am so happy for you, the pictures are beautiful! You guys look so happy, and like everyone had so much fun.

We are still operating with one car for now, (luckily Boca is small), however this means I get to work with over an hour to spare... I have started walking in the mornings, and after lunch. It helps the time go by, and I need to drop like 50lbs... So hopefully this will help.

Yeah I've been slacking on my exercise with the three jobs and school and all. Not a whole lot of time to lift weights or hit the elliptical. I still walk my dogs as often as possible

I should do some walking now but I'm hauling about 30lbs in books ATM and it's cold out there on the mean streets of Boston...

Yea, the walking is easy when all you have is a bottle of water and its Sunny and 80 out!

On the lovely streets of Downtown Boca Raton

True that. It's a good thing they didn't Anglicize that town's name. Boca Raton sounds much fancier than 'Ratmouth', lol

Ratón means "mouse," not "rat," and the area was originally named "Boca de Ratones," which means "mouth/inlet of sharp rocks."

Boca Raton is ratmouth?

No wonder they kept the old name... "Ratmouth" as a name for a town should give at least +2 increase to the settlement Corruption and Crime ratings, -2 to Law, and a -1 pest penalty to saving throws against disease.

Ratón means "mouse," not "rat,"...

Huh...

Make it +1 to Corruption and Crime then. The penalty to saving throws against disease would stay.

Yeah, that would not work at all...

Hey all,

Hey Solnes! :)

Happy last finals day Monkey! (Is that today or tomorrow?)

And a sad and fond farewell to one of my personal heroes.

Farewell John Glenn, may you orbit our hearts forever. :)

And yes, RIP John Glenn. You had an excellent run. Warrior, astronaut, senator. You would have made an excellent president had you managed to get the nomination in '84. God speed and fly with the angels.

Yeah, that would not work at all...

I think I will call my fictional Lovecraftian New England town Ratmouth. Since XXXmouth is a common naming conceit we stole from the Brits...

how long are you two honeymooning for?

It's pretty short. 4 days.

Which is probably just as well because the food at this resort is expensive (but very very good).

I managed to get some grapes and peanuts... I am able to snack at work, so that helps.

Dieting, as I need to lose the 40lbs I gained in Texas!I have lost 2 so far, cut out all white foods, and have started walking before work.

I found a lovely park this morning, has a nature walk and all, so at least its a fun exercise.

Oh I have snacks in the fridge here I just could not get off the phone to get To the fridge :-)

I started my new meal plan this week as well. Trying maintain the same weight or close to it while reducing body fat%. Methinks it will be a tough if not impossible feat though I could probably stand to lose 10-20 pounds to think what it will do to my weight lifting numbers makes me sadfaced...
