Nice. Did you build dividers out of foam core?
Yup, I just started by creating an insert that fit just inside the box and then just winged it, measuring each section as I went along. This was my first time trying this and I am really happy with the results.

That is fantastic. Is the plan to keep the Pawns in alphabetical order within the dividers?
I am assuming you won't mind if others steal your idea? I am going out to buy some foam core tomorrow, as I have been wondering how to sort mine out.

Very sexy. I love organizing my pawns. It always feels like Christmas morning. I used a very similar approach by cutting out cardboard walls to divide the pawns in each box. I organized them more by type than alphabetically, so animals are in one box, aberrations in another, humanoid armies in another, and so on and so forth.

It that one box of pawns, organized in its own box? Or is the box holding more than one set in your picture?
Has anyone done anything similar for the AP pawns? The Adventure Path sets don't come in a box and I need to figure out how big a box to find/build.

Very nice. The pawns are great but finding a storage solution can be time consuming. For the (inner sea & regular) NPC boxes I bought a container with many small drawers, such as you would use for nuts, bolts, nails, and other small items, and separated the pawns by race, gender, and fighting type. Then I labeled each drawer. I keep it next to the play table in case we run into someone who wasn't important until the players take an interest in them (players being what they are). For the bestiary boxes and the one adventure path set I have, I took the punch-out sheets with the pawns still in them, put them in plastic protectors, and snapped them into 3-ring binders (credit for the idea goes to this video I stumbled across. The binders fit on my shelf right next to all my books. If we play elsewhere, I take the pawns I plan on using and transport them in a little wooden box I bought for cheap at a craft store, and stick it right in my backpack.

I kept each set in it's own box so I can use the list on the back to find specific pawns easier. Doing it this way does not leave a ton of room for extra pawns. I left a decent amount of space in each section so I can easily flip through the pawns and pull what I need out. I am sure the are more efficient ways to manage space for your purposes however.
what kind of beer is that? is it important to the process?
That is Oskar Blues Mama's Little Yella Pils. I do believe that it was integral to the process. Dark beers are better for card sleeving and hoppy beers are best left for miniature painting.

First, I want to apologize for the necro on this thread, but my hope in doing so is that the original poster (@SirDaemos) will be able to provide some insight.
Question 1)
In your opinion, would the NPC Codex and Inner Sea Codex share a design?
Question 2)
In your opinion, would all five of the current bestiary boxes fit the same design as the one you used for Bestiary 1? (I'm okay storing the bases outside of the boxes)
