Trying to figure this out.
Bigger Map Flip-Maps.

5/5/16 Purchased Basic and Tavern - Did not get download.
6/9/16 Purchased Dungeon - Got download.
6/9/17 Purchased Forest, Ship and Caverns - Only got download for Cavern.
9/28/17 Purchased Keep - Got download.
2/8/18 Purchased Bridge - Got download.

I could see maybe not getting Basic and Tavern because they weren't part of the subscription yet, but what about Forest and Ship?

Hi Charles,

It looks like neither Forest nor Ship were part of the subscriptions either, but it looks like you should have received the PDFs since you had preordered them. I've granted those to your account now, so you should be all set. Just let me know if you're still having any issues.
