Not Thinking Clearly; Question About Wands

Rules Questions

I'm running a pretty high fever and am stoned on Nyquil, but I'm still trying to work on a game. I can't remember, however, how to calculate the save of a wand, or if wands that have touch spells in them must actually touch the target. The description of wands on d20pfsrd doesn't say.

I should know the answer to this, but like I said, I'm not really clear headed at the moment.

Thanks in advance.

I believe the save of a wand is the same as the save of a normal spell.

10 + SL + Ability Modifier, but since the ability modifier on a wand is 0, it just boils down to 10 + SL.

They use the minimum ability modifier, like a scroll.

If they're range touch they should still require touching of some sort, whether wand or hand.

10+Spell Level+Minimum ability modifier required to cast spells of that level

Thanks, everyone!
