How to make your awaken animal to enlarge?
Animal Growth - good! But, if I am right, it cannot be used, because the target needs to be an animal, and we have MAGICAL BEAST.
Dire Collar and Dire Collar (Greater) - It also about animals, but not so "hard" in restrictions... would it work?
Maybe, any other methods? Thanks!

Also I have noticed, that most of druid spells have target of "animal".
And when animal is awakened, it does not change it's HD, BAB, and other characteristics to match the magical beast.
So this restiction is a bit confusing...
Or it was created specifically to restrict the possibility of druid to have "two animal companions"?

Also, there is no info about "augmented animal" subtype, there is no creatures for it, only awakened animals. And if we read the description of "augmented"...
Augmented Subtype
A creature receives this subtype when something (usually a template) changes its original type. Some creatures (those with an inherited template) are born with this subtype; others acquire it when they take on an acquired template. The augmented subtype is always paired with the creature's original type
...we can see, that the original type of creature is an ANIMAL, not magical beast, because it is augmented animal.
It's logic.
Or there are a lot of mistakes :)

Indeed Awaken is special and is basically written to try and prevent you from picking up an extra animal companion.
If you awaken a companion they lose all the bonuses from being your companion and revert to a normal animal stats of their type and then apply the awakened effects.
This includes it being a magical beast because the spell says so.
Which means Enlarge Person doesn't work, nor does Animal Growth.
The dire collar is questionable, since it's unclear whether it requires the collared individual to be an animal.

It repeatedly uses the word animal, it isn't unclear.

Ok, if the idea is TO PREVENT use some cool spell's - it's absolutely OK for me.
Can you also answer about:
1) Collar of true companion & awaken spell: can i have more than one awakened creature with them, using seperately?
2) How can I effectively take wild animal as a mount (dire bear, for example), if I am a druid? :)
Thanks!

You can awaken as many animals as you like, but there's no special bonus to doing so. The collar is basically an awaken spell in a can.
From the awaken spell:
You have no special empathy or connection with a creature you awaken, although it serves you in specific tasks or endeavors if you communicate your desires to it. If you cast awaken again, any previously awakened creatures remain friendly to you, but they no longer undertake tasks for you unless it is in their best interests.
So at this point, your zoo would be a whole bunch of friendly animals that may or may not want to hang out with you and may or may not do things for you, depending upon your personal magnetism, charm, and persuasiveness. ("Cmon, guys, it'll be fun! I promise!")
