Welp, the title says it all.

I have been charged 3x on my credit card for a purchase of The Hydra's Fang Incident and the game mastery guide.

Nothing occured, I have nothing new in my downloads.

I would like to have a reinbursement of the 3 scenarios and 2 game mastery (Since I was gifted hydra's fang by someone else) or a complete reinbursement (And I will rebuy the game mastery) if it is too complicated.
