Season of the Righteous is too easy

I think one of the hardest things about this season has been interpreting the scenario text for some locations and the questions it doesn't answer. Particularly the scenario with the split decks and how they should be encountered, moved to, closed, etc . The other one I get questions on is when villains appear in the blessings deck if they function as a villain(meaning they must be dealt with) or only a marker.

These could probably be cleared up with a little extra text in the scenario, possibly describing what you don't do or what has changed.

Errata that was available for a scenario via some method would be much appreciated, I am chomping at the bit for the Season of the Righteous deck on DriveThru as it will clear up almost all the issues we had with the season. Give me the chance to purchase the cards only when I buy an Adventure PDF(or have one in my account history) and I'll gladly pay an extra 5-10 dollars for those cards. Leveling characters in Season 0 is going to be much smoother since I have the deck for that already and my players are enjoying how easy it makes keeping track of everything, especially the fresh drop ins.

All the errata we've issued for PFSACG scenarios have been incorporated into updated PDFs. When we update a PDF you have access to, you get an email explaining what has changed. Also, when you look at your downloads, you can see when it was last updated as well as when you last downloaded it, so you can easily tell which ones have been updated since your last download.

As some of us already said many times before, the good thing with most collaborative games (including PACG) is that you can easily make the whole game, or any part of it (e. g. a single scenario, a single location...) more or less difficult than it is by the book.

The way we play it is
Once you've played a full AP "by the book" to see how it goes, once we replay it we tweak it towards a more balanced difficulty by changing a few rules or cards that do not impact characters (to avoid unbalancing between characters).

Changing a scenario is the easiest way. Or changing the list of cards or powers of a given location. Or changing the speed at which feats are received. Another way to make the game harder: when you start APx, add APx boons in the box and APx+1 banes (so you start AP0 with already AP0+1 banes). Simple and efficient. Start removing Basic banes at AP2 rather than 3, and so on. We like those kind of changes because you actually don't change anything that happens during play, you just impact the between games.

Alert: I've just ordered the physical proofs of the SotRighteous decks, so if they pass muster you'll have the opportunity to order them soon.

Any news on this front?

They didn't *quite* pass muster—they were more like 98%—and we haven't had the time to polish off that last 2% yet.

KILL MORE BOTHANS!

Nope. Still not tired of this joke.
