Can a Kitsune Oracle bestow the benefits of their Magical Tail feats gained through Wrecking Mysticism to a non-Oracle via the use of the Oracle's Vessel spell, or would this be an example of a bestowed curse with no benefit given no other class gets Mystery Spells they can replace with Magical Tail feats?

The curse provides the ability to take Magical Tail in place of a bonus spell, so I don't think so.
