Thylacine in Druid Class Deck

Rules Questions and Gameplay Discussion

This ally has an adventure deck number of 6 but is placed between allies of deck 1. Is it simply out of place or should the deck number be 1?

It's adventure deck number is 6, and it *should* appear as the last ally in the deck, between Baby Triceratops and Blessing of Desna. Cards do occasionally get out of order during the process that cuts sheets into cards, though.

Aww, that's just adorable.

I mean, before it tramples or impales you. But before that, so cute and cuddly!

Thank you. A few of the Allies and Blessings were upside-down, too. I've never seen how those machines work and have wondered how things sometimes get out of order.

Our cards are printed on 110-card sheets—11 rows, 10 columns. They're cut first into strips, and then the strips are cut into individual cards that are then stacked—that's the point that things can most easily get out of order.

You can see a video of the whole process here (that's our printer, though the video is from their main plant in Belgium, while we print in a US plant). The part where the reordering is most likely to occur is right about 3:32, where they say "the cards get grouped into decks," which doesn't quite show that they get grouped essentially by shoving them together.

That's pretty neat. Thank you for sharing the link.
