It is fairly impossible to exactly mimic a fictional character from another setting, getting a similar theme and important aspects is more doable though. Depending on what you identify as the 'core' aspects the answer would change, so I suggest you try to list what you think those are in this case.
From my perspective, the druidic magic in the Iron Druid chronicles isn't that far from a Pathfinder druid. The details are different, but the themes are certainly similar, even the prohibition on metal (although once again, some of the specifics are quite different.) The main character, Atticus doesn't have that weakness of course, but that is due to very special circumstances, probably in Pathfinder terms the equivalent of an artifact level wish.
