1-4B's reward is the ability to replace one of your blessings with a Corrupted one from the box.

Blessing of Nocticula is a Corrupted Blessing from the box.

But one of 1-4C's rewards is to replace a blessing with Blessing of Nocticula as well.

The intention of 1-4B's reward seems to be non-Loot blessing, but just checking to make sure.

Pathfinder ACG Developer

The intention is non-Loot blessing.

Since you brought it up, though, is it clear if/how the remove from game aspect of Blessing of Nocticula works or doesn't work in OP?

Vic talked about the change here.

I'm not sure if it's impossible to play when the top of the blessings deck is Corrupted; since the RFG kicks in. (I don't think that's the intention; is it?)

It's not clear to me.

Can we play the Blessing of Nocticula if it would be removed from the game? (If not, I doubt I'd ever take it, preferring to have a blessing which is always useful).

It's not clear to me either. The current PFS Guide indicates:

that boon with a random boon of the same type from the

In the case of BoNocticula you are not encountering the card since it is given as a reward and would be in your deck already.

My question is what happens if you played it and it would need to be removed from the game? How does a player keep track of that, or will they always have the loot available even if they remove the BoNocticula from the game multiple times over the course of an adventure?

For reference, I'm thinking of how banished cohorts are handled in organized play. I'm unsure if the same resolution would be reached here

My suggestion is for them to add something like this to the reward (or the Replacement Cards rules): "If it would be removed from the game, instead return it to the game box, banish the card it replaced, and cross this reward off your Chronicle sheet."

As it stands...well, RAW doesn't prevent you from using "remove from the game" powers and the Replacement Cards section of the Guide doesn't talk about them, so I think you can use it with impunity if you're not tracking removed cards or use it normally if you are. RAI is that you shouldn't use "remove from the game" powers in Guild play.
