Which ones would you get?
I'm playing in a WoTR campaign and the archmage trait allows me to recharge wands by expending a mythic power once per day. This seriously increases the usability of wands, but which ones? I want to know which wands you would want if they were hypothetically unlimited use.

50 charges already is pretty much infinite use, so if you are buying them at full price being able to recharge them is neat but not really all that useful.
I would probably pick up some high-use wands for a familiar to spam, like shield, protection from evil, mirror image, CLW obviously, summon mount.
One thing I thought of: you can make wands with costly material components if you pay them upfront, right? A wand of bless water would eventually earn itself back if you sold the holy waters, and lesser restoration would probably save you a great deal of money over a 1-20 adventure.

Giving you the ability to recharge a wand is a willful turn of rules that encourages exploitation. It's either blatantly stupid OP or basically useless, really.
If you had to go with one, though, go with cure critical or stoneskin...

Any wand that provides a repeatedly useful service that normally comes only with a high material component cost. Sure, it's pricey to make, but from then on you have it for free.
For example:
Animate Dead
Communal Stoneskin
Divination
Lesser Planar Ally
Mass Heroic Fortune
Reincarnate
Restoration
If you really wanted to be evil, you could make use of the free Restoration in conjunction with Blood Money to fulfill all your material component needs.

I had an archmage with the Riftwarden trait.... The party never lacked for stoneskin again.

Your playing Mythic
Mythic is Broken Beyond Belief anyways.
Mythic is a system where you can make your own legendary Artifact.
In mythic you have access to Wish or Miricle 1/day as a SLA if you build right...so if recharging a Expended wand seems OP wait till you get to high tier s!~%.
