Also, don't rule out the option of boosting Con. Still, since you don't have that many decisions to make when you level, I would go with Lorathorn's advice. If for some reason your DM starts giving out belts of giant strength, you might decide that increasing Str at all is unnecessary.

Is Great Weapon Fighting the feat that lets you go -5 to attacks and +10 to damage? Our ranger has the ranged weapon version of that, and does like 50 points a round with it.
Especially if you have ready access to bless (to offset the attack roll penalty), I would consider taking it.
Don't need Bless, I have Reckless Ferocity and Bear Totem at that level :P

I guess you just have to decide if you want a constant +1 to attack and damage, or a circumstantial +10 to damage.
I would totally suggest re-arranging your mental stats as well. Unless you plan on making lots of Nature checks, or you have an unusual background, you won't be making lots of Intelligence checks, and possibly ZERO Intelligence saves.
I would suggest 8 Int, 12 Wis, and 10 Cha.
Just my 2 cps.
