I have added the items to your order. It looks like you already had a Rise of the Runelords Pawn Collection in it. So the one I added has been cancelled. You should be receiving an updated email confirmation.

The dice are an item we are waiting to get restocked by the manufacturer, so those will hold up the order until they arrive.

Thanks for that, I didn't realise that I'd ordered the pawn collection twice.

What about the PDF? When will that be available?

Hi Prux,

The PDF is granted automatically once your order is processed for shipping. Since the order is waiting on your dice, it won't be available until they arrive and the order is ready to go.

If you'd like to speed things up, what I can do is move your Mummy's Mask dice to the sidecart and have the rest of the order shipped ASAP. Then your items will be on the way and you'll get your PDF, and the Mummy's Mask dice will automatically jump into the next available subscription order that is generated once we receive them.

Just let me know what you'd prefer and I'll be sure to get it taken care of. If there are any further questions you may have in the meantime, don't hesitate to ask and I'll be more than happy to assist you as best I can.
