Trying to see if there has been any developer or designer clarificaton on whether these abilities can be utilized as the first action of the turn after the criteria was met with the last action(s) of the last turn (Ex: Last 2 actions to cast spell and then on next turn using one of these abilities as your first action(or free action))? It makes perfect sense when read as is, especially with other abilities like conduct energy specifying "last action or spell this turn". Really hoping there has been some clarification as some of these abilities have been around since the beginning and havent been reworded in any of the errata'd changes.

According to a Reddit thread titled Paizo interview means that Arcane Cascade cannot be used at the start of a Magus' turn?, lead designer Logan Bonner has clarified that the actions enabling abilities must occur on the same turn. The thread cites a YouTube video from How Its Played, "Ask a Paizo Designer #16: Can Effects That Say "If Your Next Action Is..." Be Used Across Turns?, in which Logan states, "Anything that says 'if your last action was...' isn't going to track actions you took on previous turns. It's this turn."
