I received an email stating there was a problem with my payment method. I believe I updated my payment method properly, but I wish confirm I did it correctly.

I altered my payment method this morning.

Hmm. No word... should I assume I did something wrong when I updated my payment method? I'm legitimately worried.


FYI: The Paizo offices opened at 10:00 AM Pacific time, about 2.5 hours before I'm posting this. I'm sure they'll get to your inquiry soon. Also, they go through the customer service forum from bottom to top, so bumping your thread with additional posts moves it back to the top and could delay the response.

Sorry that I've now bumped your thread, but it is only by 15 minutes and I figured you might want to know that info if you didn't already. I hope you get things sorted out and enjoy your purchased items soon.
