Item that kills the game, players-style, vs Item that kills the game, GM-style. Choices ...
Fiendish item vs fiendish item. Upvoted the Keep ;-)
Whoo, another filigree item I had not seen before :-P
I have just now, for the very first time, actually had to contemplate which item to vote for. Well done culls!
Ah, that is the caster uber alles item then. Sorry, guys, this time it's better than the competitor :-(
I am surprised there was not a link to the PRD for "many" ;-)
And another Keep upvoted :-)
Commas nowhere to be seen on both items :-(

Still can't vote for you Mr. "Improper use of Special Material"
Sorry, but your price is literally the cost of the weapon itself nothing added for the goodies. Earlier culls maybe, but not today.
There is more to Asian culture than cherry blossoms and/or ghosts/undead/demons.
Workshopped item vs Workshopped item. The very best shall win :-)

it is now at this point where I think any comment in this thread or the praise thread that even has a chance of applying to my item, has to be about my item. Not exactly great for the mentality.

Alright I am really tempted now...

I don't even know how this item made it through this far. There was way too many disadvantages to replicate benefits which can be gained through other magic items, spells and feats.
I mean sureeeeeee its flavorful but I don't really see anyone actually wanting to use it. Unless they are already suffering from said disadvantages to begin with for some reason.
Keep vs Workshopped
Workshopped wins as it is far better :-)
And another Keep upvoted ;-)

Everytime I see the word "workshopped" I get both very exciting and extremely paranoid.
Mostly voting between the same 20-something items now :-/

Roar wins.
Revenge of the Rawr.
Every time I see someone reference "workshopped," my inner intellectual property switch gets flipped. Depending on the level of input, a submitter may not necessarily be the sole author, which defeats the purpose of the contest, and potentially opens liability between the submitter and work shoppers.

Double weapon vs double weapon. Double fight !!!

I believe there were some interesting posts about this in the workshopping thread.
As far as IP is concerned, I believe that ceding the rights to Paizo when entering the submission solves this.

I've reached a point where the items are all starting to blur.
I have about 3 items I love,
about another half-dozen that I am fond of, but can't tell if they are really any good, or just appeal to me personally,
maybe another dozen that are solid but don't appeal to me
and a whole lot of items that are just meh.
That's not counting about 50 items that probably shouldn't have survived the culls, but obviously struck just enough chords with just enough people that they are still hanging around.
I'm not convinced that my sorting through big piles of meh are adding any value to the process.
Ah well, back to the slush pile.
Huh interesting. I could have sworn that construction requirements only include metamagic feats, not metamagically altered spells. But the CRB is not consistent in this regard.

Ugh, item from 2014 RPGSS contest vs. meh item...
Meh item wins over the item that received help from the Critique My Item thread and resubmitted.

I deem you guilty of reusing a VERY old RPG trope :-P
IP infringement vs another completely unoriginal ability :-(
Double IP infringement upvoted :-/
Kept item, upvoted it is ;-)

Yup...A immediate action.
Right on the shelf with AN swift action.
I can't NOT giggle when I read those.

That said, it is good commercial practice to make life easier for your customers. And this is exactly what voters are.
