Hello,
I ordered the DSP Path of War color print/PDF bundle. Both were placed in my sidecart, but the PDFs are usually available for immediate download. It has not yet shown up on My Downloads. Do I need to wait for the print version to ship?

Hello Nomad,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I believe that some changes have been made to the way our system handles bundles, so you should not receive the PDFs before the physical item is processed for shipping. Since we are currently waiting for the Path of War book to come in from our distributor, it should hop into the next available subscription shipment once we receive it, and you'd receive your PDF along with your subscription PDFs for that month.

Thank you for the quick response! I was hoping to use the PoW supplement in an upcoming game. Is there any way for you to push the PDF through, especially if the print copy won't arrive/ship for another few weeks?

Thanks for your response! Since the PDF and the physical copy are bundled, I'm unable to grant it preemptively because the PDF automatically triggered in our system when the book is processed for shipping. We do offer the PDF for sale separately, but buying the book and PDF separately is a bit more.

I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. If you'd like me to alter your order at all, just let me know and I'll be sure to get it taken care of for you. Likewise, I'll be more than happy to assist with any further questions you may have.

Okay, no worries. Can I then cancel/refund this order? I'll just re-purchase the PDF only and pick up the print version at a later time.

Sure thing! I've canceled the bundle for PoW from the order. Since we do not finalize charges until they're shipped, you should not have been charged for anything yet. If you do see what looks like a charge on your account, it is likely a temporary authorization which should expire on it's own. You can read more about our authorization process here.

I did notice that the Wrath of the Righteous Character Add-On was also in the order, would you like that canceled as well? As it is now, it's in your sidecart and should be sent out with this month's subscription order. If you'd like to have it canceled, just let me know and I will take care of it. Otherwise, it'll be sent out with the rest of your subscription items.

You should be all set to get the PDF whenever you are ready. If you have any issues putting the order through, just let me know and I'll see what I can do to help out. If there are any further questions in the meantime, just give me a holler!

As for the WotR Character Add-On... I guess I double-ordered that. I assumed it was *not* part of the subscription. If it is already covered, then please cancel that order also.

The Add-On Deck is part of the subscription if you start with it or before it, but I've looked into your account and it seems that you started your subscription with Adventure Deck 2, which is after the Add-On. So if the copy of the Add-On in your current pending subscription order is the only one, then you won't receive any duplicates. If you purchased it elsewhere, then let me know and I can remove it from your order. :)
