Knowing What Scenarios Were Ran

Apologies if this isn't where this should be put.

I've ask our community and our neighbouring community lodges, as well as the FB pages, but no one seems to have what everyone is looking for, and pointed me here. Does anyone have, or in the process of building, a spreadsheet or some kind of tracker that lets you know what scenarios have been ran and who has played them? The answer I see the most is "No, but we do need one. You find a version, you be sure to forward us a copy."

Our community has gotten to the point that it's almost quicker to list what scenarios they haven't played. We're very active on both sides too (standard and core) so it's not as easy as just swapping back and forth. What's worse is we don't have enough new people for low tiers.

This will help us immensely with listing the games online (we use Warhorn) and be more guaranteed to have players show up. I know I'm not alone on trying to discover a way to do this, and I'm hoping someone here knows of something.

The Exchange

Hmm, I found an old spreadsheet a while back but it's really tailored to a single DM and group. I can see if I can find the link however.

The Exchange

Okay, I can't actually find the link, but if you PM me your email I can send the spreadsheet I do have tomorrow sometime.

Grand Lodge 4/5

Appreciate that.

Honestly, the only thing I have is a spreadsheet detailing how many times a given scenario has been run in the area, but you're welcome to that. Who's played what seems more like a full database than a spreadsheet.

A database makes sense.

You could try a Google Doc, and then ask the community to X the games they could play.

That's currently what our VL is doing. He put up the games last night, and gave everyone access. Only four people have used it so far, but it's only been about 12 hours.

I created a web based tracker that I host on our region's web site, but anyone can use it. Feel free to try it out and see if it helps.

Thanks. Took me a bit to realize how to use it. Have to essentially manually copy everything over from the Paizo site. That's cool.

I have an excel sheet I use that has all the scenarios (and most of the mods). It wouldn't be difficult to add each player to that and have them go through and mark what they've played. Though it sounds like your VL is taking care of that already.

The St Louis Pathfinder group keeps a version up-to-date in the Facebook group. It currently has all the scenarios that will be run at Gencon (as far as I know). We're at St. Louis Pathfinder Society and the file is under the "Files" section.

Does this just help the individual players keep track of games? I'm looking it over and that's what I can tell.

Here in Finland we made a shared Google Doc spreadsheet as well. It has the different seasons as separate tabs and player names on one axis and scenario numbers on the other. Either the GM or the players mark what they've played after a game, a different mark for GMing and for playing.

It works fine as long as people remember to update it regularly.

My personal sheet.
Phoenix's public sheet.

Liberty's Edge 1/5

Correct, it is intended for a player to keep track themselves, but it does help to have a standardized form that a GM is familiar with when trying to find a scenario to run.

You could contact the Australian group, and see if they can let you know what DB they us for their online tracker/search engine at http://www.pfrpg.com.au/pfs.php5

And try and talk them into letting you have a copy of it.

If you don't mind, I'm gonna steal parts of your personal sheet for my own. Mainly so I don't have to type in all the scenarios!

I do the work, so you don't have to!

Wait... do you grade Physics homework, too?

I am organizing for a small group, and I have found that sorting the scenarios by tier instead of by season is very helpful for choosing which scenarios to run.

(You can also get the up-to-date list on my profile.)

Google Docs spreadsheets allow you to filter by cell contents, which I can explain more in detail when I get home.

Looks pretty good, Fox! I did notice that you're missing Bonekeep III and Wardens of the Reborn Forge. But still, pretty useful.

Thanks. I'll add those.

Edit: I couldn't find Bonekeep 3, so I don't know what it is titled, nor do I know what tier it is for (I assume 3-7?).

Silver Crusade 5/5

Bonekeep three is The Wakening Tomb, and is a 5-9 scenario.

Silver Crusade 3/5

Thanks again.

Keep in mind that is not complete. I do not even exist in that db
