I'm just curious, if you're GMing at GenCon, what books (the paper kind) will you be bringing to the table?
My plan is to have a paper copy of the scenario (required), but I'm really debating what other books to haul around. The CRB itself is pretty heavy and I have it on my Ipad Mini. Also, it great that Paizo has been placing the bestiary entries in the scenarios. That saves a lot of time and eliminates the need to bring along those books.

I've got stat blocks for half of my scenarios printed out, with the other half soon to come. I'm running four slots of Returned to Sky and the four specials. The only hard copies of materials that I plan on having on me are stat blocks and printed scenarios and maps. I'm feeling pretty fortunate right now that Returned to Sky only has two flipmaps that will save a lot of space in my bag.
As far as other stuff goes, the only minis I will be bringing are Iconics for people using Pregens and pawns and minis for Returned to Sky and maybe a few noteworthy minis for the special. I own two tablets, one of which I'll be using for digital reference materials and the other I'm planning on using to display pictures of who/what people are fighting/interacting with.

I'm running every slot except the first two on Sat (three specials, We Be Goblins Free 2x and 7-03 3x) so unfortunately have a ton of minis and maps which I need to bring.
Hopefully my order of flip mats shows up in time - if not I'll improvise and will try to have most maps printed out as backups. (a lot of the scenarios I'm running have either custom maps or use maps which are out of print)
Probably not going to have any extra mini's for people who don't have a PC mini (I don't have that many mini's to start - so will mostly be brining unpainted Bones minis, some of my few prepainted minis and likely some useful pawns/markers to use adhoc. I'll bring my screen, dice and time tracker + markers (reminds me need to check that my markers aren't dry...)
At the moment I'm probably not going to be bring any books - if I do bring anything it will be one of the newer books to read if I have any downtime (and possibly to help me with my PC's that need to be leveled or retrained for unchained versions). I'll have my books on my iPad, on my laptop and probably on my kindle and my phone - so hopefully will have things at the ready if I need anything.
(Getting worried about how I will manage all of the scenarios, stat blocks, spell/item prep sheets, mini's, maps, chronicle sheets etc. May try to find enough folders to have a folder for each scenario (and duplicates of chronicle sheets etc for scenarios I'm running multiple times)
