Items missing from Subscription Order 3635624

I received my subscription order today, and much like my last shipment, there are still missing items.

This order should have had:

S Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Subscriber Promo Card: Ekkie
S Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Promo Card: Chuffy Lickwound
S Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Promo Card: Sweet Dragon Costume
S Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Promo Card: Goblin Skull Bomb
S Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Wrath of the Righteous Character Add-On Deck
S Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Wrath of the Righteous Adventure Deck 2: Sword of Valor

The items in the package were:

This is the 2nd time that my add-on character deck has been missed. In my first shipment, it was never added, and in this shipment I paid for it but it wasn't shipped. This is the 2nd time a promo has been missed. Last shipment Chuffy Lickwound was absent from the shipment, and I had to get it added to this shipment, this time the goblin skull bomb is missing.

As a first time subscriber, this hasn't been a very positive experience having to contact support for every shipment due to an issue.

Thank you for letting us know about this! I'm sorry to hear that you still haven't received your Character Add-On! It sounds like the first time may have been a mixup with our system, but this was probably just a packing error when the warehouse was getting ready to send your order out. Either way, I apologize for the inconvenience and will be sure to get this remedied right away.

I've set up a replacement for just the Character Add-On and the missing Skull Bomb promo to be sent out to you as soon as possible. This way, there's no chance of it getting left out of a future subscription order. Again, I am sorry for the delay, but this should be on the way to you shortly.
