[Unchained] Quick Question on Automatic Bonus Progression

Rules Questions

Quick question.
So I think I know how Automatic Bonus Progression works with things like +1 swords and similar thanks to the example it gives with Flame Tongue. But how would it work with something like a Corset of Dire Witchcraft?

Would it still have the AC +4 and everything and it'd just effectively cost "twice" as much to buy thanks to the 1/2 WBL?

Hmm... the corset grants an armor bonus, not an enhancement bonus to AC, so I guess it's not removed.

It costs more, but you don't have to/can't buy amulets of natural armor and rings of protection to enhance that AC score, so that's the money saved.

Alright, I'm DMing again and my players are bringing up more items I'm unsure about.

What about something like a Cloak of Fangs? Does the bonus to resistance stay or not? I'm getting less sure about what stays and what is removed.

Ideally, you remove all of these examples and lower the cost of the item accordingly. It'll have to be up to you what the appropriate amount would be, as some of these items have pricing that's a bit dicey (the corset, for instance, drops to low enough that it's a much easier purchase at level 6, when it gives an incredibly enormous benefit, if you remove 16,000 gp from its cost, so you may want to remove less).

Thank you very much.
