Hi there,

I resubmitted my card details for this order on the 10th of July (as I got a message saying payment had failed), and it's still pending. Could you poke it to see if authorisation fails again? I'll need to get on to my bank if so.

Thanks for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that the payment method updates went through just fine. Your order is just pending in the subscription queue, but shouldn't have any troubles processing when our warehouse reaches you in the line. Once they've got the order ready to be sent out, they should send you a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way.
