I don't know why I hadn't spotted it before, but my Ultimate Campaign PDF does not appear under My Downloads. I had previously downloaded it and I have the book, sent from Paizo. Please let me know what I can do to correct this error. I believe there should be a record of it being in my RPG subscription, since it has ran regularly for years. I look forward to your answer.

Hello there,
Thank you for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your account, and it seems that you you did have an RPG subscription, but it was canceled two releases before Ultimate Campaign, and then you started up a new subscription just after it. Unfortunately, this means that you did not receive either Ultimate Campaign or the NPC Codex as part of your subscription, and would not have received the free PDFs of those items.
I did try to find another order for just Ultimate Campaign by itself, but was unable to find anything for it. Is it possible that you purchased the book at a local game store, rather than through us?
