1 What is the best wizard school (Most Powerful): I think it is conj because they get everything
2 What is your favorite wizard school: Illusion beccause you can be very creative and because I think that magic is more of a mental thing than a physical thing
3 What is your least favorite wizard school: Necromancy I just do not like the flavor of it
4 What is the worst wizard school: Abjuration because you get no offensive spells
Please give me your ideas on what you think.

1) Most powerful? Conjuration.
2) Favorite? Transmutation due to its overall versatility.
3) Least Fav...Necromancy. It just never fits what my wizards tend to do or their personalities.
4) Worst? I'm going to give that to Enchantment, with Illusion as the runner-up. There are simply too many creatures that either have bonuses to saves or are flat out immune to mind-affecting spells. Enchantment does have a couple of nice buffs (heroism), but illusion has, to me, more useful spells such as mirror image and invisibility. Don't get me wrong, both schools can be very good when they work - you have to have the right targets.

I would rate Illusion way higher than enchantment

1) Most powerful - Transmutation
Hard to counter, makes your whole party much stronger. Good variety. Need offense? Defense? Utility? Transmutation has it all.
2) Favorite - ?
I generally like the ones many others don't...divination, abjuration, necromancy. Hard question though, I've had fun with most of them.
3) Least Favorite - Evocation
Anyone can do damage.
4) Worst - Evocation
See #3

1) I believe the most effective school is Conjuration; it includes healing spells which are my favorite, and summoned monsters can help you replicate the other schools.
2) My Favorite school of magic is a tie between three schools, for various reasons; Illusion for the fun, Evocation for the fun, and Conjuration (Healing primarily) because it's again, my favorite.
3) My least favorite would be Necromancy; and to some extend Enchantment; both feel like violations of another creature's sacred right to it's own mind, it's soul, and the memory of it's form to relatives (IE Animate dead)
4) Worst School: Enchantment late game wins the spot for me here; whole school of magic can be suppressed with either Mind Blank, or inherent immunity

1 What is the best wizard school (Most Powerful): I think it is conj because they get everything
Conjuration; it gets all the best stuff. Transmutation isn't too far behind, though. These two together make up about 50% of the good wizard spell list.
2 What is your favorite wizard school: Illusion beccause you can be very creative and because I think that magic is more of a mental thing than a physical thing
Flavor-wise I like Abjuration, but it really seems to get the short shaft in official material (literally the school with the fewest published spells). Mechanically, the sheer wealth of options offered by Conjuration makes it the most fun to work with.
3 What is your least favorite wizard school: Necromancy I just do not like the flavor of it
Enchantment; too mind-rapey for my tastes.
4 What is the worst wizard school: Abjuration because you get no offensive spells
Abjuration is horrible at low levels, but it gets some really cool options at higher levels. If you oppose it, buying it back with Opposition Research is a matter of "when" and not "if". I'd say Enchantment takes this prize because so many things are outright immune to the entire school.
