Hi Awesome Paizo CS Department!

For budgeting reasons, I need to cancel the Pathfinder Tales sub I just started, and clear the copy of Lord of Runes from my sidecart. I hope to be able to start that up again AFTER next month's double AP shipment.

I have another request, but a couple of questions first...

If I have you folks put my AP sub on suspension, do I
* get to keep my "Charter" tag?
* get the PDFs once I have it un-suspended?

(I will also confess up front that part of why I'm thinking about doing this is to save them up until I have enough to get the shipping discount. Is it okay to "game the system" like that?)

Hi Arazyr,

Because a suspension does not skip any items, you would still have your charter tag once you unsuspended your subscription. Once unsuspended, the items you missed in the interim would all be generated into your sidecart automatically, and the PDFs would be granted to your account when the order was shipped, per usual.

I will say that we generally prefer that subscriptions are not suspended for more than about 30 days, so it probably would not do you much good in terms of waiting for a monthly subscription. You would have to suspend your subscription for quite a bit longer than that to make the shipping discount, and it makes things a bit more complicated to have a subscription suspended for that long.
