Pathfinder Battles Subscription discount not being applied

Hello,
The 30% discount is not being applied to items in my cart. I noticed several other people having the same issue. Is it something I'm not doing, or ???

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Some orders have been having issues with the Battles discount, but I have fixed the prices manually on the items in your cart. Your order should be ready to submit whenever you like. If you decide to add any more items to the order, or if the prices revert back to the higher price, just let me know and I'll be able to fix the any time before the order is shipped.

Hello and thank you for getting back.
The prices in the cart had reverted back when I opened the cart. I added other items and they too do not reflect the discount. Help??
Also, I would like to place additional orders in the next couple of days, advice on being able to do this with discount efficiently?

Hi Cheryl,

The prices may want to reset themselves if the order isn't submitted, so I may just have to fix them manually after you submit the order. You may be authorized for the full amount, but as long as I change the prices before the order is shipped, you won't end up paying the full price for them.

Since this is a bug that our tech team is looking into, there isn't really a way that I can prevent it from happening on other orders for battles items at the moment. I'm sorry that it's not more convenient, but if you end up placing any orders and the discounts don't apply, I should be able to fix them all manually. Just let me know if you do place any orders that need to be changed.

I greatly appreciate your patience with this! I know it is a bit of a pain, but I'll be glad to do whatever I can to make it more convenience while our tech team is investigating. Please let me know if there's anything else you need.
