I ordered the Gollarion campaign setting, and I received the ship notice last Friday, but in a different email than the one with the notice that the two Pathfinder APs and the Second Darkness Companion have shipped. The Pathfinder APs and the Companion are showing in my downloads area, but the campaign setting is not. Can this be fixed?

You have to be a Pathfinder Chronicles subscriber (not a Pathfinder Campaigns subscriber) to get a free PDF with the Pathfinder Chronicles orders. If you ordered it alone you do not get a free PDF...
Ah, so you only get the PDF on subscribed products? In other words, the campaign setting is a Chronicles product and the order of it by itself is not enough to provide me with a download?

Correct, the PDF is the premium you get for agreeing to subscribe.
