The Giantslayer Map Pack was charged to my account but I set up my campaign sub just for Hell Unleashed. Is there any way that this can still be corrected?

I have set the subscription to be cancelled after Hell Unleashed, which cancels the Giantslayer Map Folio from the order. You should get an updated order confirmation email soon.
For future reference, it is best if you start a new thread on the Customer Service messageboards (or send us an email) if you have a question about a specific order. That is usually the easiest way for us to see and help everyone. Thanks!

Non-pick up. I have edited my previous statement. We are currently estimating that Gen Con pick up order spawning will start on Monday.

The non Gen Con pick-up authorization has finished. If you did not set your subscription for Gen Con pick-up and you have not received your authorization email let us know by emailing, posting a new thread, or giving us a call Monday.

That comes after the authorization for the orders by mail. So far nobody has confirmed getting their authorization e-mails at all.

If you read just a few posts above you will find they finished non gencon pick up authorizations late Friday.
Oops -- I was mistakenly thinking of the next step. It is still a few days before anyone will get access to their PDFs, right?

Shipping and label printing are projected to begin today as are gen con authorizations.... which should mean people start getting pdfs today.

Regular subscription orders begin shipping today. We try to give subscriptions about a two week time frame to complete shipping for all subscribers. Lately we have been finishing subscriptions well before that two weeks timeframe is over; however, with two AP, two Campaign Setting and two Map releases plus the hard cover release there are a lot more orders than we've had in recent months. We currently still estimate to have finished shipping subscription orders by July 24th. Some subscribers may get their PDFs as early as today, some may not get it until next week.

Which just released hardcover are you referring to? I don't want to miss anything. Also, you guys are AMAZING! Best customer service in the existence of all time and space! If Paizo customer service ruled the world there would be world peace through gaming. I wish they were headquartered closer to me, I would rearrange my life to be able to work for such a honorable company. Plus, they could pay me in minis and maps.

For non-GenCon orders, when should we expect to see the .pdf in our downloads? I've gotten a payment auth e-mail, but not a shipping one...

I've never been able to determine the order in which subscriptions ship using my sample size of one (myself), but going by what I've read before it usually has to do with the size of your subscription order. Usually I have to wait a week between the auth email and the shipping email.

They've stated before that they change up the criteria every time so that no one is consistently first or last in the queue.

That would explain why there's no way to determine the criteria.

Please say that you will be getting to releasing the PDFs to gencon p/u early today... In anticipation of its arrival I had set up a character making session with my friends for today (in about 2 hours) and someone took off work early and I'm gonna feel like an ass if I can't produce.
Regardless of whether I have to cancel or not I want you all (in Customer Service) to know that I appreciate all the hard work you do and how informative you are with us about the process...

Yes has been quite all morning, I am hoping it is because they are burning the lunchtime oil to get the PDF access fixed.I think that must be exactly what they're doing, as one of my PDFs has been added to my account (still a bunch to go, but...).

Gen Con pick up PDFs should be good now. Note that subscribers will get access to their PDF as their subscription package ships, but shipping is an ongoing process so some subscribers will have access before others. Please remember that we have no control over the order in which packages are shipped, however we do currently expect to have all July subscription orders shipped prior to the PDF release date on July 30th. Additionally, folks who shop at FLGS's or are planning to pick up the physical copy at Gen Con will not have access before July 30th. Please be considerate in your conversations and avoid spoilers until after the July products officially release.
Are you collecting your stuff from Gen Con?
All non-gencon orders (e.g. stuff being shipped out to you as normal) should have already authorized -- in fact those orders started shipping on Monday (although whatever criteria is in effect this time doesn't like me and as such hasn't shipped mine yet, sadface). If you don't have any authorizations/pending orders on your account, I'd definitely try to get ahold of CS to see what is up with that.
