What are your to five to run/play of all time.
1) Godsmarket Gamble-
2) Pallid Plague
3) Feast of Ravenmoor (yea, a module, sue me) played and ran, both times 4 of 5 unconscious in the last battle).
4) Blackros Matrimony (for me maybe because my summoner's eidilon got to protest to an Andoran official of the GROSS oversight of the Eagle Knights not allowing eidilons full membership).
5) The Bloodcove Disguise

Haven't run enough yet to have much of those lists overlap, but as a player in no particular order:
1. Hall of Drunken Heroes
2. Scions of the Sky Key Part 3 (Almost entirely because of the other players and the GM. Good RP can make anything amazing though I thought it was fun in its own right as well.)
3. We Be Goblins
4. The Frostfur Captives
5. Beacon Below (Also largely due to players and GM)

To play list is entirely subjective.
I even have one that is on top 5 and worst 5 in my list, due to original (bad) run, and an amazing GM Star replay of the same scenario.
Just played an amazing game, last night, of "Of Kirin and Kraken", at least partly due to the party, which was 3 Arcane casters,, and a Divine caster.
Multi-class Fighter/Monk/Sorcerer
Rogue/Sorcerer/Arcane Trickster
Magus
Warpriest (pregen)
Some of the encounters were amusing, in retrospect.
And the BBEG was totally awesome, in some ways, and pathetic, in others. Played low tier, so 1st level Wizard with Mage Armor and wands. in a 7-11?

Here's my hit list of "Scenarios I will never turn down to play or GM and would recommend others to run"
We Be Goblins
Confirmation
Rise of the Goblin Guild
Mists of Mwangi
Quest for Perfection 3
A good mix of fun, RP, Dungeon Crawl, and cinematic encounters that encapsulate what can be done in a PFS.
Honorable Mention: Decline of Glory. I really enjoy Decline of Glory, though the final encounter requires a bit more work than most that bumps it off the list.

I highly recommend anyone with one of these "Best Adventures" lists to go out and post a review on the adventures you liked the best.
They don't need to hit a word count.
They don't need to be super "professional."
Just give your honest (non-spoiler) reasons why you liked or disliked the scenario. This, more than any forum post, will help new players and GMs find those scenario gems.
Also, any constructive criticism you have for the authors and development staff is very valuable. It all helps drive increasingly better scenarios and modules!
So... go review!

1. Temple of Empyreal Enlightenment
2. Scars of the Third Crusade
3. Siege of the Diamond City
4. Weapon in the Rift
5. Voice in the Void
Mine is pretty much identical. The only difference is order.
1: ToEE
2: Voice in the Void
3: Scars of the 3rd Crusade
4: Siege of the Diamond City
5: Weapon in the Rift
Just missing the list is Haunting of Hinojai. Yes, I do enjoy running the more horror-esque scenarios.

Just missing the list is Haunting of Hinojai. Yes, I do enjoy running the more horror-esque scenarios.
Honorable mentions for me are Haunting of Hinojai, Traitor's Lodge, Port Godless, and Hall of the Flesh Eaters.
HoFE and Traitor's Lodge are both fantastic horror scenarios, if ran properly.

I would go with:
Library of the Lion
Voice in the Void
Sewer Dragons of Absalom
The Kortos Envoy
The Dalsine Affair (the final fight is brutal, but is otherwise a cool scenario that the society is still feeling the aftereffects of)
I'm guessing that once I get to run it Serpent's Rise will go onto the list.
