can non mythic characters earn mythic charges?. Asking because Blessing of Ascension and nectar of the gods can provide them. Blessing of Ascension is auto acquired if you have a charge.
Imrijka's cold iron warden role card list a benefit for playing Blessing's of Pharasma, but on my WotR deck list their are none listed as being part of the game.
Are the Blessing of the Gods in the class decks still being used as those for guild play or should they be considered Blessing of Ascension

Hmmm...Yeah. That does seem odd. It is possible it should say "a blessing with the Pharasma trait" though I'm not sure if there are any of those in the game either.

The cards are what the cards are. If you have a blessing of the gods, it is a blessing of the gods. Tanis's comment here confirms that.

one more.
are characters allowed to give other characters mythic chargers, I say no because the one mythic path has a 5 charge power that kind of does that, but told my players I would ask.
Only the Marshal can do that - either while burning charges (the burned charges are given to other characters) or through the 5-charge power.
But characters cannot normally share charges as though they were cards.

With Sacred Weapon, you draw and play the random weapon. Your base stat is considered to be 1d8; your Melee or Ranged subskill is (AD# of scenario.)
So if you summon a Longsword during AD2, you have: 1d8+2 (base skill, from spell) + 1d8 (weapon) + 1d6 (discard weapon option) with Melee, Slashing, Elite, Veteran, Divine, Attack, Magic. So 2d8+1d6+2. Blessings apply to the d8 as your base die.
Do note that weapon proficiency requirements still apply; if you don't have weapon proficiency, you will take a +4 malus on the enemy difficulty for that Longsword.

but the spell says add its traits not it power.
It also says to summon and play the weapon. Because the weapon is being played, its powers (and limitations) apply as a result of that.
It's not always the case that a summoned card adds its traits to your check; that's why Sacred Weapon calls it out specifically. (Consider the Summon Monster (loot 5) from RotR: you don't get any traits or abilities from the summoned monster, you only use its modified check-against as your combat check and the monster itself as a perfect armour if need be.)

There aren't any Blessings on the redemption list. Which makes sense thematically; Demon Lords in the lore are unredeemable.
Blessing of the Starsong and Blessing of the Inheritor are also not Pharasma.
I would say an Item or similar that treats blessings as if they were Pharasma, maybe. Or perhaps a location/scenario.
