Unable to apply store credit to a purchase

I have four items sitting in my shopping cart that I wish to use store credit to purchase. When I click the button to apply store credit, nothing happens. My order shows no credit will be applied. I have tried multiple browsers and machines with the same result.

What you need to do depends on if you are wanting them shipped with your subscriptions items or as a separate order.

If you are wanting them to ship separately, you'll want to go back to Step 2 to change the shipping options (it's probably defaulting to the sidecart right now). After it is changed to something that can ship on its own, you should be able to apply the store credit.

If you are wanting them to ship along with your subscriptions, you should have them go to the sidecart, don't worry about applying store credit now, and set your subscriptions to use store credit.
