I'm considering making a human, Flowing monk/gladiator. At first level he would have improved trip(human free feat at level 1), combat reflexes(monks level 1 bonus feat), vicious stomp (level 1 free feat, plus he has free improved unarmed strike for being a monk). At second level he would become a gladiator level 1 which gives him a free combat feat(combat expertise) from being a gladiator plus free performance weapon mastery feat(or is this feat not allowed in pfs or this class anymore?). So if I give him the Kama, double-chained he would have reach tripping at 10 feat and can use his feet to trip those who are closer at 5 ft correct? Does the performance weapon mastery add a +2 to his tripping others? At third level he gets his level up feat so I'll add greater trip to help him trip better.

Two resources for you one here that is the official PFS allowed resources.
and here look for the Grand Lodge symbol for PFS legal material.
As you can see neither Gladiator nor the performance feat are legal in PFS.
Unless you are an unchained monk you need exotic weapon proficiency to use the double chained kama without penalty.

unarmed fighter might be what you are looking for. Gets proficiency with all weapons with the MONK ability.

Problem with that is he doesn't get the Monk's special wording for unarmed strikes. Many here do not believe that IUS allows you to make a US with a kick without the special monk working. And he wants to threaten (and trip) at both 5 and 10 ft.

Hmm! well, not a lot we can do about those people.
Not that it matters, as I understand it he'll still get IUS from Flowing Monk. It doesn't appear to trade out.
I suggested Unarmed fighter because you get a no-pre-reqs style feat and weapon proficiency. You double up on IUS, but that's no different from the likely unused medium/heavy armour and shields from a straight fighter.

Ok, so at fire level he has combat reflexes, improved unarmed strike, combat expertise, improved trip. Second level he is unarmed fighter so he gets free exotic monk weapons and panther style. Third level will be monk no bonus feat but gets a feat for leveling so he takes vicious stomp. Fourth level will be second level as unarmed fighter for greater trip. If I pick unarmed fighter when he hits level 3 then he would get the level up feat bonus and the fighter feat bonus so he could get vicious stomp at level 3 and greater trip.
