I think that it will be without doubt Jade Regent for only one great clue.
As Vic said they are evaluating carefully the heroes that they have to include in the PACG series. Until now they have put (in the 2nd and 3rd box)7 new heroes and 4 returning heroes.
The iconic heroes that still we miss are 6 heroes (skald, brawler, investigator, assassin and....ninja+samurai).
So in the next installment these 6 heroes I think have to be included.
Ergo, you will have a PACG with a ninja and a samurai. All other heroes could be compatible with Jade Regent, while the ninja and the samurai don't fit with the other adventure path.For this reason I think that saturday Mike will announce Jade Regent as next PACG
One potential wrench in your math: there's a new source book coming out for the Pathfinder RPG in June which will be adding 6 new classes.

Yep, that's it. Even Skald and Brawler fit in perfectly with Jade Regent, especially since it starts in the North. Will be surprised if we're wrong!
I think that it will be very very difficult that they have planned and playtested a PACG that it will be based on an adveture path that will come out in the future months. However other two days and we'll know
What Isaic is talking about is not a future Adventure Path, it's a rules book in the setting-neutral RPG line, Occult Adventures, which is due out mid-July and will have six new classes and corresponding iconics. Considering that the Skull & Shackles set includes two characters from the Advanced Class Guide, a book that was released only a few months before, it's perfectly reasonable to expect at least a few Occult characters to make an appearance in the upcoming set.
Now, I'm not saying that the next set won't be Jade Regent. Personally, I do think it's one of the most likely of sets to come next. However, saying there are only 6 iconics left and since two of them are Asian themed is definitely not a guarantee of this. I mean, some of the Occult iconics could really fit in that setting, too. Also, relying on a 7 new, 4 returning pattern is a bit flawed because Pathfinder is quickly running out of new characters, even with the new six coming, while they have a much larger pool of characters that can make a return from previous sets. Vic has said that they definitely have plans for the next 3 sets. Unless they make more iconic characters between now and then (not totally impossible), they'd only have 12 new characters to divide between three sets.
But speaking of making new iconics, it'd be rather amazing if Paizo came out with a setting-neutral Modern/Sci-fi rules book with some new classes and iconics. That would fit perfectly with Iron Gods being the third new set.
