Two Weapon Combat and Combat Reflex

Rules Questions

Liberty's Edge

I have both in my Ranger:
when some one triggers an AOP does he get the use of the two weapon attack feat?

Is attacking with both weapons a full round action? If so then why would anyone fight with two weapons?

When someone triggers and Attack of Opportunity, you only attack with one of your weapons.

Attacking with both weapons is always a Full Round Action (barring certain classes/class features that make it so it isn't).

As for why anyone would fight with two weapons? Because it sounds cool and there are a few builds that can make it pretty solid. Sadly, those builds are few and hard to do.

Because it give an extra attack. Rogues, when flanking can be really devastating with two rogues flanking a target - 4 attacks and extra damage.

Double the opportunity for precision Damage, double the chance for critical hits, double the chance for debilitation for those styles.

Because Pummeling Charge or Shield Champion make it SO worth it. With a Brawler and Shield Master, one takes no two weapon fighting penalties when fighting with only one shield yet gains the extra attacks and the enchantment from the shield is also added to the attacks.
