So once you take into account the 2 months game time - you are offering about $5 for a DT :DOn October 2, if the server is still up, I will be looking to by a DT account for $35 (the kick starter cost).
The seller would be recovering initial investment, and I would be risking the loss of $35 on a game that might close its doors at any moment.
I wouldn't pay 5 cents for an account before the end of September, because there has been nothing to indicate that servers WILL be up in October.
Besides, have you noticed the server pop drop off? I'm going to guess there are less than 200 unique subscribers left.

There's been lots to indicate it, just nothing definitive because nobody can see the future. There's nothing wrong with trying to get the best price you can on accounts, but none of us are obliged to stand by and let you pretend that DT accounts are worth less than $35

I didn't say they wee worth less than $35.00, just not more than what they had cost if they were the $35.00 version.
Banked XP has no value if the servers are Touch-and-Go, and unless Paizo announces they have a new backer, they are Touch-and-Go.
So my offer stands at $35.00 for a DT account, and I will purchase it on or about October 1st or 2nd.

.... and well advised to do so if they are war targets. The handful of obsessives that drove the forever war can still be spotted roaming the South East trying to hunt down the odd Phaeros person that does log back in.
In terms of numbers, the active population in my own settlement in my playtime (non american time zone) has actually gone up since the war settled down for us. We generally have no issues getting one or two parties together to knock of escalations almost nightly.
As far as DT addons go, maybe people are not understanding the mechanics and just what you are getting but Keepers have had maybe half a dozen players or so add extra DTs in the last few weeks with no regrets.

Which is why I'm not in the area with recognizable characters very often.
Taking into account the effort and cost involved with keeping a stable, compared to the expected value during the continued existence of PFO, I'd be happy to buy accounts with non-notable character names and two full-XP DT characters with sane XP expenditures starting at $10 each, modified by sub time remaining. Large stockpiles of resources might slightly increase that, and well-known characters would probably decrease that.
My honest estimate of the value of such an account is higher than that.

I have decided to hang on to my current accounts, so I am not putting these up for sale. I have suspended 7 of them, so I will let these hibernate untill PFO gets revived or dies. I have a feeling that if another publisher picks up PFO, we will see some changes to monetization too so I think the whole "XP from day 1" thing will become less of a thing. Hopefully the DT-perk will still keep being honored in some way.
I am keeping my Main account subbed for nostalgia purposes.

Not really had the time I'd hoped, to play the game, so have just wandered around the starting area, gaining the basic feats.
Kickstarter account, Destiny's Twin, with all equipment options, but never actually equipped or threaded any of them yet.

Just an update here, Transaction with Zycor was above the boards and fully disclosed. I had no issues dealing with him, and the transaction went as smooth as I could want it. I ultimately ended up with more then promised, not less as other people on the boards seem to indicate.
I had never had any dealings with Zycor, so this is not being written by someone who knew or was friends with him. I did do my due diligence and followed up on every statement that was made to make sure I was satisfied that everything existed that was represented, and did not fine one discrepancy

The speed with which these accounts sell is impressive. Either there are still MANY hopeful players, speculators, or a goodly number of high end disposable income MMO players that have faith in the future and the game's potential. 5 more great accounts just sold very fast without having to list out the details or reach out on many platforms to get noticed.
I find it encouraging.

Mine sold so quickly out of fear! I sold it cheaply (without profit) out of friendship and respect for Kenton Stone, so he would not to lose all of which he had built in Aragon.
I was only willing to sell at this time because I had to cushion the blow of the wife aggro I was about to receive for dropping nearly $600 on Robert E. Howard's Conan RPG Kickstarter.
When she saw the nearly $600 deduction from account she was like "WTF did you just buy!" I told her "Don't worry it's handled and will be offset by $400 coming back".
I'm grateful to Kenton's friend for depositing the funds in my Paypal account that very hour!
Aggro evaded, and I live to play another day!!

Quick question for the group: I have two accounts, never activated, that I received from the Kickstarter. Due to various reality reasons I was never able to get on. Is there any value to non-exercised accounts? Iirc there were a lot of in-game perks associated with them. Any information would be appreciated :)
