Background skills
We will be using Mythic, I own the book and the Hero Lab file so might as well.
Combat Stamina for Fighters only, Free feat
Skill unlocks
The Poison traits from Unchained (i think it is fun)

Anything Else Just ask.

Kitsune Game Master

All classes paizo, or any limits on sourcebooks?

Kitsune Game Master

As it looks the campaign traits give you a mythic path. So we start mythic tier 1? Or do we get the mythic stuff later on?

You become Mythic at the end of book 1, the campaign traits give you a bigger bonus if your Mythic class reflects the trait.

Any Paizo books, I am a fan of PoW but Mythic already has enough going on that the PoW just makes it crazier.

Kitsune Game Master

Is Aasimar an option?

They are yes, and Teifling, as the only other races than standard

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

I'm almost ready. Skills are missing and the exact calculation of my equipment costs.

Lets go Max gold for your class, I like that idea better than average

M Nerd 1/Geek 2

Is there a slot for me?

M Goblin Rogue4HP 28/28,Init+4,F3R8W3Per9AC17T15FF13

I might try something. A little rip and tear.

Sure J4R

that rounds us out to 4, plus the 3 NPCs you get right away.

Human Male Gunslinger (Buccaneer) 4: AC 16 (Touch 14, Flat 12), HP 49/49, Init +6, Fort +6, Ref +8, Will +1, Perception +8, Grit 4/4

Been a busy day so just checking this now. Will get a character ready tomorrow if that's cool. What's everyone going with? I see a warpriest and an oracle so far.

We wills start when everyone is ready.

M Goblin Rogue4HP 28/28,Init+4,F3R8W3Per9AC17T15FF13

Will go for fighter. Reapeating Crossbow and Earthbreaker!

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

More gold is cool. Then I might be able to upgrade to breastplate. I'm Foxy by the way. I'm mentioning it because it looks like you counted Foxy and Lynn as two separate characters for the Game.

Human Paladin 3

Rip and Tear

M Nerd 1/Geek 2

I have ideas, but I am curious as to how much downtime we will have over the course of the game, and what crafting rules you will be using?

Human Male Gunslinger (Buccaneer) 4: AC 16 (Touch 14, Flat 12), HP 49/49, Init +6, Fort +6, Ref +8, Will +1, Perception +8, Grit 4/4

I'm still on the fence on whether to go Magus, Monk or maybe even Blood Rager. Kinda running around a bit today but should be sorted in in the next day or so.

Human Male Gunslinger (Buccaneer) 4: AC 16 (Touch 14, Flat 12), HP 49/49, Init +6, Fort +6, Ref +8, Will +1, Perception +8, Grit 4/4

Can we use normal monk or unchained only? Cos there's some archetypes that are cool but they only work for normal Monk class.

You can use either, the Summoner has to be unchained. You can use the Unchained Monk with any of the Archetypes.

There is not a lot of down time really till the end of the second book. There is Travel time during the second book. I guess you have about 5 days max at the end of the first book.

Human Male Gunslinger (Buccaneer) 4: AC 16 (Touch 14, Flat 12), HP 49/49, Init +6, Fort +6, Ref +8, Will +1, Perception +8, Grit 4/4

Ah. Cos on my Herolab when I chose Unchained Monk it didn't give me the full selection of archetypes that the normal Monk did. So was wondering. :)

It doesn't you will just have to not click the Only Valid option.

I am good with the monk working with all the Archetypes.

M Nerd 1/Geek 2

And beyond the second book? And will you be having it take like a full year to make full plate?

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

I'm ready. Everything bought and noted down.

Lynn is sitting in the shade in front of a nice fountain featuring a marble statue of an angel and works on a drawing in her journal.
Craft(paiting): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24

So we have Foxy as Lynn

J4R as ....

Jarrus as ....

Manny as Don Guy

Does ScrubKia (Lito/Grergof) want to play?

M Nerd 1/Geek 2

Answer my latest question and I can give you my character concept at least

Human Paladin 3

Don Guy smolders with generic rage.

Kitsune Game Master

I guess it will be fun to stay at least 10 foot away from Don Guy to be out of reach when his generic rage has built up and explodes ;)

If I remember right ScrubKai was hesitating already to enter the pirate game for time reasons. But you best ask him yourself. But in a thread he actually reads.

M Goblin Rogue4HP 28/28,Init+4,F3R8W3Per9AC17T15FF13

To bad Fighters only really have Cyber-Soldier as an archtype. Plus I doubt this adventure would support energy cells to recharge stuff.

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

Just to avoid misunderstandings - This is Wrath of the Righteous and not Return of the Jedi, right? :P

M Goblin Rogue4HP 28/28,Init+4,F3R8W3Per9AC17T15FF13

Chainsaws are best for choppen demons.

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

You don't need that. If a Balor shows up you rip the sword out of it's hand and land a crit before the vorpal special ability wears off. That's childs play :D

Ratfolk Crafter 6 (HP 63)

"Hello all, You may call me Tink." A small frail ratfolk greets you with a bowerbird on his shoulder and what could be described as a steel man standing beside him. "This is Blue," he says pointing to the vibrant bird, "And this is SteelGate." He says indicating the man

M Bowerbird Valet Familiar 5(HP 23)

"Hello. Hello." The bird chirps hopping around on it's pirch

M Construct Eidolon (HP 60)

"Greetings." Comes a voice grinding from behind a steel plate

Male half-elf unchained monk 6 Mythic 1; HP 64/92; Init +4; low-light vision; AC 18, touch 17, flat-footed 14; Fort +6, Ref +9, Will +4; +2 vs. enchantments; Perception +13

"Well met Steelgate, Tink and Blue. And you Miss Warhaven. Oh and excuse me, good day to you, Don Guy." Iko bows at each of those there with him as he greets them.

So a Monk, a Warpriest, a Wizard and a Fighter.

Are we missing anything I have a RL friend who might play if asked.

Ratfolk Crafter 6 (HP 63)

How much healing can the Warpriest dish out? Once we have a wand, enough I suppose

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

Things we can't deal with in this group:
- Swarms that are immune to weapons damage. No one can do AoE attacks.
- Locked doors. Didn't check but I guess every locked door we have to beat down as of now.
- same for traps.
- Knowledge skills probably are also at an all time low. We won't be able to identify a wolf if we meet one.

But everything that can be beaten will be beaten thoroughly.

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

I'm not your band aid. I have no channel at the start, my number of spells is really limited and even when I get LoH - or Fervor as it's called - at 2nd level I need that for cool tricks on myself. So a early wand would be appreciated.

So maybe a bard, there is a rogue NPC at the start but that is if people are nice. I messaged Scrubkai

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

Actually a better choice then bard would be an alchemist.
- He is int based and gets a decent numre of skills
- He can do area damage
- And he can hand out some healing if he takes the discovery that allows him to pass healing on.

Also interesting and even more into the gap we're having would be an Investigator.
- All knowledge skills,
- 6+int skill points
- Trapfinding and disable device as class skill
- Int based character
- Completely useless in combat (not completely but the damage is neglectable)

Scrubkai is out, asking my RL friend. I don't want to do a GMPC I am not Foxy at GMing.

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

Worst case a CLW wand and some alchemists fire would solve the most pressing problems if no one is interested in filling that gap.

Ok, I will give it 1 more night for tweaking and such before we start this up.

Yep, I'm not joining you on this one.

Real life is way too busy for me to commit to another AP PbP that I know as well as this one.

That said have fun, this Is truely an epic campaign.

I'll leave you with a couple non spoilerly hints if you want them:

Hints:

1) Enjoy the dragon scales.
2) Play the long game with the NPCs.

Human Paladin 3

Don rages at lack of dots

Male half-elf unchained monk 6 Mythic 1; HP 64/92; Init +4; low-light vision; AC 18, touch 17, flat-footed 14; Fort +6, Ref +9, Will +4; +2 vs. enchantments; Perception +13

Maybe do an open call for a day or so for an extra player.

And thanks for the hints! I'm hoping it's as epic an AP as it is in my head and from the cover art of the AP

Ratfolk Crafter 6 (HP 63)

Don, Is there a reason you are a fighter rather than say a Paladin?

M Goblin Rogue4HP 28/28,Init+4,F3R8W3Per9AC17T15FF13

He exists to Rip and Tear demons/devils. So the big ol' cold iron boot even if one begs.
