Order 3455655; card game subscription.

Hey there, I was wondering what might be holding up order #3455655, as it's been pending since the 6th. I'd like to know when I can expect to be charged for it, at least.

I'd also like to cancel my adventure card game subscription to avoid the international shipping charge on the Wrath of the Righteous base set. I'll resubscribe beginning with the add-on deck.

Hi,

It looks like two of the items on the order have an estimated product availability of shipping from our warehouse in 7 to 18 business days. More details about product availability times can be found here: http://paizo.com/paizo/faq#v5748eaic9n0o

These items are:

Master Series Paints: Pure White 1/2 oz.
Master Series Paint Triad: Fair Skin

It looks like we are still waiting for them to make it to us from a distributor. 18 business days would be around next Wednesday, if it takes the full estimate.

Please note that our listed availability time on items coming to us from other distributors is longer than normal right now, as many of our suppliers are still being affected by backlog from the recent dockworkers' strikes on the West Cost. This is still making some shipments rather unpredictable.

Please let me know if you would like the order to keep waiting on those paints, or if you would like them moved to your sidecart so the rest of the order can ship.

Thanks for pointing that out! Looks as though I missed it completely. I think I'd prefer to have the paints moved to my sidecart, then. I wasn't aware of the dockworkers' strikes; I can see how that would slow things down.

So if I could have those moved, and my card game subscription cancelled, that would solve all my current woes!
