Hello,
Could I please get an update on this order? I have not yet received any of the physical items form the order. I understand that some are preorders but I have not yet received those items that are currently in stock nor have I received any email indicating when they will ship.

Hello Uncle Teddy,
Thank you for letting us know this had not shipped. It looks like when the order was placed the items all tried to go into your sidecart but hey never made it there. When the subscription order was generated it looked for sidecart items but didn't see them because they had not made it there. But they were also not shipping from the original order because they wanted to be in the sidecart. I got them all rounded up and into the sidecart. Did you want me to leave them there to go out with the May order or should I get them sent out on their own right away?
