I seem to have two pending orders, with no specially good reason ?

Hello Francois,

Thank you for letting us know about this! I took a look into your account, and it seems that you had a couple of big orders that were a bit tangled up together with some pre-orders and some bundles. Since both of those things tend to confuse our system, I thought the best thing would be to combine all of the items that were ready to go into a single order, and move everything else to the sidecart.

If you take a look at your sidecart now, you should see some of your items which were either preorders, or currently out of stock. Once we get those items, they should automatically join into the next available subscription shipment. All the rest of your items were combined into new order #3522844. I'll send you a confirmation email so you can verify that everything is correct, and let me know if anything should be changed.

Since it is now such a large order, I wanted to let you know that there are a couple different shipping methods available. Right now, the cheapest option is Standard Shipping, which is $44.09. With that option, the shipment would be broken into two packages, with a delivery estimate of 9 to 36 business days. However, it looks like if you want to upgrade to USPS Priority, the shipping estimate is 6 - 10 business days, and the items would go in one package. That option is $60.55. Please let me know which method you would prefer, and I can change it if you wish.

Please look over your confirmation email and let me know if there is anything you wish to change. Otherwise, our warehouse should be able to prepare and ship it soon. If there are any questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, please don't hesitate to ask and I'll be happy to help.
