EDIT: I thought the Chutes & Ladders setting called for double starting gold?

DOUBLE EDIT: Wait, okay good, that's included.

TRIPLE EDIT: I assume this will be expanding into epic level as the game progresses?

Yeah, might as well throw in 3.5 Epic. Mythic isn't likely enough for those ladders.

I have an NPC Prestige Class archetype that I think would be a good fit. It's 2nd edition, but it converts pretty straight foward. It's 3rd-party, but I don't have a link to it, but it's not OP. Is that cool?

I think it's a one day one off so progression isn't that much of an issue here.

Just converted her to a fighter/magus gestalt Champion dual pathed to archmage.

I'd try to go with something a little tougher than just Fighter (or maybe drop some archetypes on there, like kensai and unbreakable), if you're looking for advice and willing to rebuild. A few paladin levels will come in really handy in this campaign, you really need all the save bonuses you can get.

Last time I played this campaign (it was called "The Tower of Snakes," but I think it was the same module) I had a synthetist/wild caller summoner with a 10/10 level split between indomitable rager barbarian and beastmorph vivisectionist alchemist and still only survived because of the bonus daily mythic surges our GM gave us.
