Adding an item to my sidecart

Hi there. Is it possible to add an item in my shopping cart to my subscription order when it ships? I forgot to add it and I don't want to be paying for shipping twice.

Hello there,

While going through the checkout process, you should be able to change the shipping options to add an item to your sidecart. If you click on the button that says "Step 2 - Shipping", it should bring up an option to "change shipping details", and you would want to choose the option that says "ship with my subscriptions".

Our system can sometimes be picky and not show this option. If you are unable to complete the process for any reason, just let our Customer Service know and we'll be glad to get it sorted out for you.
